18th March...

1 year ago, today...time flies eh...

last weekend, i logged on to something which i havent touched for ages...something which started the whole chatting revolution...something which started me getting so attached to the internet...something so close to my heart but yet has died down over the years...something by the name of, mIRC...haha when i logged in, the familiar faces from the past came to mind...those long hours staying online, chatting away...long hours playing stupid games...and also literally rotting in there...it was also then that i manage to cross paths with wonderful people...some of whom, i still am in contact with up till this very day...there's one whom i have stayed in contact with for like about coming to 5 years?? but still never meet up with or talked on the phone before...amazingly, we were close at one point in time...wonderful aint it??

then there's those who came and go in my life...some truly forgotten in my heart and mind...some i still chat to occasionally, once in a blue moon...some, just became "sms forwarded msges" pals...actually, i knew some of my secondary school friends through irc too haha...i got close to some and become good friends to them today, while there were those whom just stopped contacting altogether...sad, disappointing but nevertheless, true...still i appreciate crossing paths with all of them, be it temporary or pemanently, cos i think i grew in a way or another from that haha...

oh and i finally got a lifeline for my fyp project...Benedict has enlightened me and i can finally do the programming from home...that was after farhad helped us create an account in the Linux server (now wat took him so long?!?!)...but still overall i hope that i make full use of this lifeline man...its now or never!!
