Happy New Year peeps! Yes it is the year of the Rooster aka Cock haha. Upon reaching home did I then realise that it is the Islamic New Year as well. Pretty much coincidental eh that the chinese and islamic new year fall practically on the same day. Which also means that its my birthday! Haha well I was born on the Islamic new year lah, at least thats what my mum have been telling me. So if that's the case, how old am I according to that calendar? Hmmm...
Visited a relative's place at Holland Rd or at least somewhere around there lah and I gotta say it's one of the nicest house I have been to man. On the outlook it looked like any normal house along that stretch of road but upon stepping foot in it, it gave me this cosy feeling and I was in awe at everything I saw man. Perhaps its the unique interior design, a lil bit of balinese plus abit of american. Its just nice! Haha and the best thing is that only 3 people live in there. Husband, wife and daughter (who is not bad) plus a maid, my grandaunt and 3 wonderful dogs (cant believe i just said tt =p). . Daughter's bf must be a lucky guy, if she has one that is haha. Anyway as if that wasnt enough, the house next door is also theirs! Its up for rent and I think if i save up enough, maybe, just maybe, I might be able to rent the toilet?? haha. That's what me and my aunt plan to do anyway haha =p
Weather's been so hot man. Been drinking dunno how many litres of water at each house i go to and my throat is beginning to slowly hurt. Just knew it would happen. Dammit. And have been eating a whole lot of bee hoon at each house which serves food man. Must be due to its simplicity. Hell i'm only a guest haha.
So new year's ended for me, except for 2 more places to go over the long break. Till next year! Haha. But the celebration's just starting with friends ya. Friday and Saturday it shall be. And before you noe it, i'll have to report back to the freaking camp with nothing to look forward to. Boring, lonely soul. Haiz.
