Hope. Gone.

I suppose that's about the last glimpse of hope eh. Even so, it's all gone now. So enjoy the time. Enjoy the experience. Oh well, the time will come one day, some day.

Been wanting to update this thing for some time but everytime, fatigue and laziness gets into the mind, that its been left untouched. But anyways, what do you get when you put Singapore Idol finalist, Maia Lee, and genie, Fiona Xie, together? A Perfect Day! haha well I saw both of them on the same day, same vicinity, different times and at the end of it all, starstruck. I must say that Fiona does look good out in the open man. I think that was somewhere last week if my memory doesn't fail me. That's that.

I have been spending money like as if I'm earning thousands a month nowadays man. Don't know why. Maybe cos I have been deprived of civilised life the past few weeks. I seemed to have become Mowgli of late. All I see is the greens. Handphones act as bridges, airport control tower soothes the soul. Haa. It is indeed that bad at times. Mosquitoes and sandflies became acquaintences. Morale depleting. Life lead astray. Feelings in turmoil. Overcome with confusion.

I have turned into a light sleeper. Even the slightest click of the light switch can wake me up in the morning. Finally got my 12 hours of sleep after weeks of waking up at 5am every morning. That trend is set continue today. It sure feels that damn good. ZzZzZ...

Oh, Happy 40th Bday Singapore! Only at this time of the year do you see me showing off my patriotism. Other than that, hope is indeed pretty fat. Every year when I first hear the theme song for the year I would go, "Nice meh?". But every year without fail, whenever 9th August comes, you can find me humming or even singing the song and get that lil bit of goosebumps. Somehow eh, somehow. With that, its time to head on to bed.

In a selfish world like this, it's only worth caring for yourself, cos caring so much for others would mean you are the only one left in this world doing it.
