If we were to really go to war and all the tanks are deployed on the streets, I think most of us would be lifting our hands up high, waving and cheering, thinking its some military display ala NDP.

I'll call it the Painful Goodbye. Imagine your loved one forgetting who you are and just staying still, stuck in a moment he/she can never get out of. Imagine. Well I know for one, I don't have to cos I've been through it before with a loved one. Watching him deteoriate every single day was saddening. From being a healthy man to a point when he was almost bedridden was tough and tiring. Pretty much painful when I think back on it. Well, let's just hope we all don't have to go through it ever in this life we all live in. The gift of life is life itself so treasure what you have today cos you never know what you might lose tomorrow.
