Listening to the melodic tunes of Kevin Kern in the wee hours of the morning is very therapeutic. Makes you sit and think. Easing with the tunes, the rhythm. If only life was so evergreen to begin with.
While we are immersing ourselves into shaping our future, let's all take a step back and reflect on where we stand now. Sometimes we are so pre-occupied in looking so far ahead that we seem to lose the plot. Take things one step at a time. Small baby steps and we will all get there all the same. Level-headedness and patience will bring you to the final destination, a better and a more successful person. It doesn't always necessarily have to be about the destination all the time. Why can't it be about the journey? So sit tight and enjoy the ride.
Love, is meant to be beautiful. At least I know mine is. But when it becomes 70% heartache, 20% chore and 10% love, why do some of us even bother going through it? As it stands, you are already not enjoying the journey, what makes you think the destination would be sweet? Sometimes we care for someone so much that we actually lost the ability to love with our heart.
A problem is called a problem for a reason. So solve it.
Past week or so, I looked at life from a different perspective. No more taking the people who matter, for granted.
