2008 is gone. 2009 has arrived.
It has been a year filled with ups and downs but thankfully for me, it ended pretty nicely. Numerous unions took place this year but unfortunately there were also a few "move ons" throughout, with the most prominent one happening in October. It changed a lot of things especially my perspective on life. But we move on and accept fate as they are.
Job outlook hasn't been the rosiest thing in my life, but it's moving steadily amidst tough times. So for that alone, I should be thankful.
Overall rating for 2008: 7/10
Resolutions for 2009? Well I've made none. I'm still hoping for world peace although we all know that it's near impossible. I'm not exactly looking forward to 2009 as much. But I do hope people around me would be happier than they are in 2008 and learn to take things easy.
It's gonna be filled with enriching stuffs for me so I'm just waiting to embrace it with open arms.
