How much?

Just how much is our face value worth exactly? What happens when a threat becomes a reality? As parents, all they want is to see is their child, growing up into someone useful. Someone who cares for them when they grow old. Someone to be the only ones to turn to when things go wrong. Someone to call family.

But what happens when the child does not exactly grow up to be the way they want it to be? When the child keeps making the wrong decision in his life and refuses to accept the fact that he erred. Things tend to get awry with parents usually giving the ultimatum to their child. And when the child takes the ultimatum into his own hands, that's when parents' hopes and dreams are crushed.

So who do you blame? The parents? Or the child? Is it wrong for a parent for wanting the child to do the right thing? But is it also wrong for the child to wanting to lead his own life? As sensitive as the issue sound, most parents keep it within the family without sharing or getting a 2nd opinion on their actions from siblings and relatives resulting in people talking behind their backs about stuffs. And these people, are family. Sigh. Why did it come to this?
